How do you prepare for an album recording? What happens with the recording after it’s finished and what can (and can’t) a record label do for you? Want to find out?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frerik will be giving coachings about how to make a professional recording. He will answer all your questions concerning producing a album. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Frerik is founder and label manager of ‘7 Mountain Records’. He released over 70 albums and he has worked with many established classical musicians over the past decade.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Assignment – deadline Wednesday 10 March <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nPlease write a letter (max one page) to Frerik in which you pitch your plan for a new recording to an international recording label. Please take the following questions into consideration:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Introduce yourself and describe the repertoire you would like to record? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nHow do you distinguish yourself from other similar recordings? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nWhat story do you want to tell with this CD? <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\nHow do you want to promote your album?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
