During this workshop sessions you will get practical tools to work on these things.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Body awareness<\/li>\n<li>Thoughts and feelings awarness<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with mistakes and other &#8216;flaws&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>Energy vs tension<\/li>\n<li>Feeling more relaxed within yourself and in contact with others (audience, colleagues, jury&#8217;s)<\/li>\n<li>Flow and concentration within the music<\/li>\n<li>Other subjects you find important and want to discuss within this field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mart\u2019s vision on learning is that when you feel safe and regulated, the more information you are able to process. It\u2019s much easier for the brain to send signals into the body if there are less obstacles in the form of stress. Luckily, Mart has science to back this up, research has shown that it works indeed like that. In her experience, musicians can sometimes be harsh on themselves or have learnt \u2018the hard way\u2019 how to play and perform. It can lead to muscle tension or negative thinking patterns.
