Apply for the masterclass
Applications are now open. Participation in the masterclasses is subject to terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your application. By submitting your application, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
When we have successfully received your application and payment of the registration fee, you will receive an e-mail as a confirmation of your application. If you did not receive an e-mail, please contact us via production@schiermonnikoogfestival.nl.
Please note: The Schiermonnikoog Masterclasses are primarily intended for conservatory students (preparatory, bachelor’s, and master’s levels) and musicians who have recently completed a conservatory education.
Repertoire requirements
- Please submit a maximum of three pieces you would like to work on during the masterclasses.
- Rehearsal time with the piano accompanists is limited, so we recommend choosing standard repertoire. In the case of unfamiliar repertoire, the accompanists will assess in advance whether it is feasible to work on these pieces during the masterclasses.
- Please indicate which repertoire you would like to perform in a concert (with a maximum of 2 pieces). Unfamiliar repertoire that requires extensive rehearsal time cannot be performed in the concerts.
- Requests to change your repertoire can be submitted up to 1.5 months before the start of the masterclasses. The organization will then consult with the accompanists to determine what is possible.
