Documentary: De Verwonderaars (in Dutch)
Amazons are the people who have an eye for nature nearby. The people who count, who turf, who rod. Those who ask, who read, walk, slow down... look again, peg again, rod again, and keep on asking. They manage, protect, plant and sow - and so they become ever more in awe of the power of nature. The film De Verwonderaars (in Dutch) is an ode to the nature lover. Rotterdam resident Rik van der Linden previously made the series Grijsgroen (2022), in which he rediscovers the city as a national park.
