Evening concert De Stag

Nicolas van Poucke unleashes all his poetry on Franck's Prélude, choral et fugue, a very personal interpretation of Bach's eternal example. After the interval, you will discover Hindemith's rarely played Serenaden. With this challenging collection, he could still occasionally lure his young wife Gertrud towards the stage - the actress, cellist and singer suffered from acute stage fright. Stage animal Channa Malkin, fortunately, does not suffer from that! The ‘little cantata to Romantic texts’ is all contradiction: baroque and romantic and completely of its time, and just 100 years old.
