How do you present yourself as a young professional in the classical music world? And how do you launch your career as an upcoming artist? In a one-on-one session Annebeth Webb will work on networking skills, your personality on stage and reaching out to promoters.

Annebeth is a former member of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and Camerata RCO. She continued her career as Senior Manager Creative Partnerships & Tours at one of the leading classical music agencies: HarrisonParrott Management in London.

Assignment – deadline Wednesday 6 March
Please write a letter (max one page) to Annebeth as if you are reaching out to an international concert management introducing yourself. Please take the following questions into consideration:

• What do I want to show the world about me as an artist?
• How do I distinguish myself from other musicians?
• Which of my activities as an artist are most important to me? And why?
• What have I achieved as an artist already?
• How active is my network as an artist? What can I do to expand it?
