Lost & Found
Vanmiddag heten fluitist Kersten McCall en harpist Joost Willemze je hartelijk welkom in hun atelier, waar ze de laatste hand leggen aan enkele minder gespeelde kamermuziekwerken van de vroege 20e eeuw. Drie componisten, van wie het grote publiek en zelfs specialisten nog maar nauwelijks hoorden. Zoals Jean Cras, die zijn succesvolle loopbaan als componist afwisselde met een carrière in de Franse marine. Of Alexandre Tansman, wiens muziek zijn Poolse collega’s veel te gewaagd vonden, en die dan maar in Parijs in de kring van Martinů en andere buitenlanders furore kwam maken. Of Charlotte Sohy, die soms moest publiceren onder Claude Roland om met haar muziek de aandacht te trekken die ze verdiende.
